It is with mixed emotions that we announce our animals' retirement.

As of January 1st, 2016 our barn doors are closed.

We have enjoyed sharing our enthusiasm and love for animals and farm life with you all!

After years of providing entertainment (birthday parties) and education (field trips), our farmer is hanging up his pitchfork and putting on his toolbelt. He will use his construction and management skills at Home Works Of America to rebuild and repair homes for the elderly and disadvantaged here is South Carolina. Since the flood of 2015, the need has increased exponentially.

Chris and Kathleen are the proud owners of Country Adventures.

Since 1994 we here at Country Adventures have strived to make the farm a safe, friendly, and picturesque location for outdoor events. We have hosted literally thousands of birthday parties, field trips, and gatherings of all kinds. We have been blessed to see many families come many years in a row and have enjoyed watching as their children have grown. Some of those same children have even grown and come to work with us here at the farm.

Although educated in fields very different from what they do now, (Kathleen holds a degree in Linguistics from William & Mary, Chris holds a Master's degree in Aviation Safety and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Science). Chris and Kathleen and their three children all share a love for animals and farm life and enjoy sharing the experience with others.

We are excited to be off on a new adventure with
